UPLIFT stands for Urban Program for Livelihood Finance and Training. We are a Non-Government Organization (NGO) based in the Philippines specializing in microfinance and social services for the urban poor. Created in 1993 by Inter Aide of France, we are registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission as a non-profit, non-political, and non-sectarian organization. UPLIFT is a member of the Filipino Association of Foundations.

Based in Caloocan City, Philippines, we reach out to several areas in Metro Manila and the province of Bulacan. Every year, we help more than 8,000 urban poor Filipino families through financial and social assistance, giving them the chance to overcome poverty and become self-reliant.

Créées en 1993 par l’association française Inter Aide, UPLIFT est une organisation à but non lucratif, apolitique et areligieuse completement philippine. Elle est membre de la Filipino Association of Foundations.

UPLIFT intervient dans plusieurs municipalités du Grand Manille et du Sud de la province de Bulacan depuis son siège situé à Caloocan city. Chaque année plus de 8000 familles philippines bénéficient des services sociaux et financiers leur permettant ainsi d’améliorer leur niveau de vie et de devenir autonome.

ANG UPLIFT ay ang Urban Program for Livelihood Finance and Training. Kami ay isang Non-Government Organization (NGO) na nagbibigay ng serbisyong microfinance, o pagpapahiram ng maliit na puhunan, at iba pang mga serbisyong panlipunan. Ang UPLIFT ay itinatag noong 1993 sa tulong ng Inter-Aide, isang organisasyong Pranses. Ang UPLIFT ay isang organisasyon na hindi hangad na kumita, at walang kinikilingan na politika o relihiyon. Ang UPLIFT ay miyembro ng Filipino Association of Foundations.

Ang aming punong opisina ay nasa lunsod Caloocan, at mula dito'y inaabot namin ang mga mahihirap na komunidad sa Metro Manila at sa lalawigan ng Bulacan. Bawat taon, kami ay tumutulong sa mahigit 8,000 mahihirap na pamilya sa pamamagitan ng microfinance at serbisyong panlipunan, na siyang nakatutulong sa kanilang tumayo sa sariling kakayanan, iangat ang kanilang kalagayan sa buhay, at nakapagpapalaya sa kahirapan.
