Business Development Service (BDS)  

The Business Development Service provides Skills Trainings to both UPLIFT partners and non-partners.

Skills Training is a business-oriented training that aims to equip attendees with the necessary skills, knowledge and capabilities in developing a certain product that can eventually be an income generating activity. These are technologies that are demonstrated by knowledgeable and experienced Trainers and practiced by participants. These trainings encourage partners to develop new products as an alternative business and/or start a totally new business.

Skills Trainings aim to:

Skills Trainings covering basic topics are held in UPLIFT Branches every month. Skills Training Packages, which feature a more advanced production business, are held in the Calma and Bulazon Head Offices every quarter of the year.
